Is it useful if I don’t work with creators?
Yes. Put your store’s name on the links for your own posts and newsletters, and you’ll see which one brought each tracked order. AI chats and survey answers are reported too.
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. Install the app and it starts recording visits by itself, with no code to add. The survey and the cart helper are optional, and you switch them on in Shopify’s editors.
Will I see my past orders?
ThanksTo imports your last 60 days of orders when you install it. Visit tracking starts from install.
Will it show the source of every order?
No. Credit is an estimate from the data ThanksTo has. Orders with no source show as Direct or Not tracked.
Does it show what I spent on ads?
No. Add ThanksTo’s tags to your ads and you’ll see the orders and sales they brought. It doesn’t read your ad spend.
What happens past my order limit?
You pay nothing extra, and orders are still recorded. Their credit stays hidden until you move to a plan that covers them or the next month starts.
Does it store shoppers’ names or emails?
No, unless a shopper types one into a survey answer. See the privacy policy.
